How do I place my order?
Head to the Custom Artwork page, once there, you’ll select and checkout your preferred size. After checkout, I’ll shortly send you an email to gather photos and details for your painting.
How long does it take?
Depending on the season, I typically turn around portraits in 2-3 weeks. Ornaments are usually faster! If I’m booked up, I’ll let you know if it may take longer to complete your piece. Please let me know if your portrait is a gift or needs to be ready by a certain date so I can prioritize that.
What does shipping look like?
Shipping is included in your purchase price. I ship via USPS which typically takes 2-4 business days. I can ship to you, or to the recipient if its a gift, I’m happy to include a note to say who it’s from!
Crouch down to the pets eye level to include neck, shoulders and chest.
Try not to take the photo looking down at the pet.
Natural sunlight is best for photos, try not to include harsh shadows or dark lighting.
It's important to remember- the quality of your photo determines the quality of the painting!
